This home is designed to create a seamless connection between the interior and exterior. A combination of glass, concrete and engineered wood creates a dynamic space from stock components. The layout of the house house is three wings radiating from the central kitchen. A large fireplace defines the living space, while both bedrooms have bathrooms that blur the line between bed and bath. Large overhangs block the heat during the summer while embracing the sun during the winter; this allows the home to adapt to any climate. Large glass sliding doors line the living spaces creating panoramic views outwards.

The building is composed of two distinct massings stacked on top of one another, using steel to create distinct bridges and cantilevers. The central stair is the focal point of the building with accompanying living spaces on each floor. Along with the two floored living area, there are 4 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms flanking the ends of each floor. The building is punctuated with a rooftop garden composed of greenery and seating areas.
