Luckie tower

103 Luckie St. is a proposed high rise residential development located in the heart of downtown Atlanta. The 450-foot-tall tower will be include 391 private residences, a sky lounge, pool deck, fitness center, and market. To incorporate the entire program within the encapsulated 540,000-square-feet, each part of the program is stacked vertically on floorplates of different sizes, with transitions expressed by a series of setbacks that are staggered upward around the tower.

The exterior design uses prefabricated concrete panels and steel cladding to complement the existing context of the Fairlie-Poplar Historic District, while simultaneously providing panoramic views of downtown to the building’s residents. Terraces set back within the building’s envelope further take advantage of the surrounding views and give ample space for dining and entertainment.
